A lot of people have pudendal nerve inflammation.
That's a really hard one for so many people.
They could really struggle with it because they have pain in their groin,
pain in their bladder area, pain in their leg,
pain in their lower abdomen, and it's brutal.
But it's not just pain.
Pudendal nerve inflammation could even go into itching and burning,
like itches that can't be scratched,
the kind that just keep you up all night even though there's no rash.
people have been driven to what feels like insanity from pudendal nerve inflammation it's
really hard one for so many people so what causes it how does it work well viral issues cause it so
that's a low-grade viral infection so any pudendal nerve that's mysterious because it wasn't damaged
by something say right it just came out of nowhere and someone has that problem or all those symptoms
whether it's even vaginally whether it's in the bladder area whether it's lower groin they're
dealing with a viral issue, a low-grade viral issue, chronic one. Epstein-Barr is one of the
viruses that can actually get that nerve inflamed, causing a problem. Shingles can do it too sometimes
and even herpes simplex too, but mainly Epstein-Barr, that's a big one for putenital nerve
inflammation. So what happens when it starts going first, where you're starting to get the first
symptoms. They don't come on full throttle. They come on mildly, and over time, they get worse as
the years go on to the point where a lot of medications are used, painkillers are used,
and it doesn't touch it. The problem is with pudendal nerve inflammation, it's kind of like
the trigeminal nerve. A lot of medications don't touch it. A lot of anti-inflammatories don't touch
it, and you have to work on healing the low-grade viral problem.
Thank you.
